How You Can Run the Most Meaningful 10-K Ever

Beat your PR and make a huge impact on 10 people's lives.

Do you love to run? Are you interested in making a difference in your community? If you answered "yes" to these questions, we have the perfect 10-K for you: For the fourth consecutive year, Women's Health has partnered with the FEED Foundation for our RUN 10 FEED 10 event.
How does it work? When you sign up for RUN 10 FEED 10, you automatically provide 10 meals to people going hungry in your local community. It's that easy.
There are plenty of ways you can participate in this life-changing event.Click here to sign up for a race in your area: New York City is on September 20, 2015; Chicago is on October 17, 2015; and San Francisco is on October 25, 2015. If you can't make any of those, you can also organize your own 10-K between now and December 1.
And if you want to run but want something more laid back than a timed race, you can join one of the many fun run events held in partnership withWomen's Health throughout the U.S.
While there's still plenty of time to register, you might want to start getting your training plan in order. We recommend downloading our 10-K run-walk training plan here, whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner.
